I’m Ellen, and I help adoptive and foster moms reset their nervous systems so they can parent from calm instead of survival mode.

I get it —
because I’ve lived it.

I know what it’s like to be an adoptive mom — the guilt, exhaustion, the feeling that no one really understands. I also know what it’s like to search for answers and find that most advice doesn’t touch the real problem: your nervous system.

That’s why I trained in neuroscience-based therapies like BWRT® and Somatic Experiencing®. I combine my professional expertise with my lived experience to help moms like you move out of survival mode and into calm, confidence, and connection.
