Welcome to Emotional Health Ninja PLLC. These Terms of Service apply when you use emotionalhealthninja.com or schedule services with Emotional Health Ninja PLLC. By using this website or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Emotional Health Ninja PLLC offers the following services:
- Massage Therapy — provided in person in Kennewick, Washington.
- BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) — Ellen J. May is a trained BWRT® practitioner and offers the BWRT® technique in person and remotely.
- Somatic Experiencing® — offered in person and remotely.
Massage therapy is the primary service through which many clients begin working with Emotional Health Ninja PLLC. BWRT® and Somatic Experiencing® are also available as standalone services for clients who specifically wish to use those approaches.
Depending on a client’s individual needs and goals, services may be used separately or alongside one another when appropriate and agreed upon with the client.
Services provided by Emotional Health Ninja PLLC are intended to support physical and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, or other care from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
2. Appointments
Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling and for arriving or joining remote appointments at the scheduled time.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to the full price of the scheduled appointment.
Emotional Health Ninja PLLC reserves the right to waive or adjust a cancellation or missed-appointment fee at its discretion.
5. Refunds and Credits
Once a service has been provided, payment for that service is nonrefundable.
At the discretion of Emotional Health Ninja PLLC, a credit toward a future service may be offered when appropriate.
Cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the cancellation policy above.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to the services they receive, including health information when appropriate.
Clients should communicate any concerns, discomfort, changes in their condition, or other information that may affect their participation in a service.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health care when their needs fall outside the scope of services provided by Emotional Health Ninja PLLC.
7. Professional Boundaries and Conduct
Emotional Health Ninja PLLC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during all in-person and remote services.
Sexual comments or behavior, inappropriate touching, harassment, threatening behavior, or other conduct that violates professional boundaries may result in the immediate termination of a session or the professional relationship.

Information provided on emotionalhealthninja.com is for general informational and educational purposes and to provide information about the services and approaches offered by Emotional Health Ninja PLLC.
Website information is not intended to provide medical or mental health diagnosis or treatment or to replace individualized advice or care from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
9. Changes to Services or Terms
Emotional Health Ninja PLLC may update its services or these Terms of Service from time to time.
