Her sessions weave together approaches such as BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®) and Somatic Experiencing, along with her own intuitive process. Every session is unique — guided by what your system needs in that moment.
BWRT® works at the earliest level of the brain, in the tiny space between a trigger and your response. It helps the nervous system resolve outdated patterns that once felt protective but are no longer needed, allowing new, more peaceful responses to emerge.
Through somatic work, Ellen helps you gently tune into the body’s language — sensations, impulses, and subtle shifts — so that what was once held as tension or overwhelm can gradually find completion.
This is not a technique-led process. It’s a collaborative experience between you, your body, and your innate capacity to heal.
